We stand behind Optimizr with a 60-day risk-free guarantee.

We encourage you to use the product consistently for at least 60 days to experience the full benefits. If after 60 days you don’t notice a meaningful improvement in your energy, focus, or overall performance, you may request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund under our 60-day guarantee:

  • You must have used the product for a minimum of 60 days
  • Your request must be submitted within 60–75 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Returns

Because Optimizr is a consumable product, we do not accept physical returns of opened products.

For unopened products:

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds may be denied if:

  • There is evidence of misuse, abuse, or excessive refund requests

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different product, please place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unused and in original condition.

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
